Plot summary

Attorney an small town Carlton Heath, Vermont mayor Ian McAndrick patiently deals with his Seattle bride Miranda Chester, whom he met and fell in love with when she came discover her absent actor father James's roots there, gradually giving up her doubts about family friend Thomas Reid's claim to know all about her mother's silent past.
