Plot summary

A group of adolescent soldiers reign over the lofty heights of an unnamed Latin American mountaintop wilderness. This heavily armed rebel force spend their days completing training exercises, engaging in cult-like rituals and keeping watch over an American hostage. Order descends into chaos when a precious cow left in their care by drill captain Mensajero is inadvertently killed during a wild wedding celebration.
