Plot summary
After the head of an advertising agency dies, the board must elect a new chairman. Not allowed to vote for themselves, they unknowingly all vote for the only black board member; Putney Swope, who makes radical changes, including dismissing all white employees except one, and changing the agency's name to Teuth & Soul.—Huggo
