Plot summary

Yucatán, Mexico, circa 1511. Vicious, blood-thirsty invaders attack the unsuspecting villagers of a tight-knit community nestled in the unforgiving jungle, capturing everyone. Now, the fates of Jaguar Paw, a brave young hunter and father-of-one, and his fellow tribesmen, who are facing certain death, are hanging by a thread. However, a sincere but unfulfilled promise stemming from unconditional fatherly love is the only thing that keeps Jaguar Paw alive, forcing him to summon up every last ounce of courage to fight tooth and nail for his family.
